Trained at the Maui School for Therapeutic Massage, my passion for bodywork came as a result of my own history of several serious injuries. These were sustained over an active youth and led to a complicated healing process which required a lot of trial and error. I have consolidated what I learned into my unique approach and methodology.

I specialize in Intuitive Structural Integration and fuse my knowledge of Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, and Ashiatsu.

For most appointments, clients choose from one of two locations in Denver - Wheat Ridge (38th and Sheridan) or Kalamath (1st and Kalamath - NO ASHIATSU AVAILABLE). Specific location details are included in your booking confirmation email.

My work is also compatible with a variety of live entertainment settings. I enjoy setting up and providing mini-sessions at local events and I am very open to traveling with my work, depending on the location and timing!
